Secret Pain

I have a secret no one knows, the question is, does it show?

You see my words as only text, but who knows what will come next?

I see smiling faces all around, but that one frown brings me down.

My body shakes, my heart aches and my head starts to pound, all I wish for is to regain the happiness I had found.

I see a few smiling faces full of glee, making me feel happy like I used to be.

We all smile, and our bright laughter can be heard for miles.

But I still feel a pain in the bottom of my heart, as I always had from the start.
