You know what would be awsome?
User levels.
When you join, you'll be a level one, obviously.
But you can gain exp points by, well doing pretty much everything.
Forums, chat, 3D gallery, you get the picture.
In addition, as your reputation goes up, you get a level up/exp bonus, just to tie it in with the rep system.
Also, if you are banned, you could lose a few levels.
The point of leveling up?
More privileges.
As you level up, you can gain more abilties/privileges.
Maybe an avatar of your choice in chat just like Weeee?
Being able to mark topics for stickies and deletion?
Liking topics?
These are just a few ideas, the possibilitys are endless.

Another idea: maybe the watchers can give and take levels or exp?

Yes, that would only be fair.
People with higher reputations would get a small boost though.

This is a good idea... But the reputation stars are enough and robdeprop/someluigi is working on new avatars to pay for i think.
