A moderator is a user who enforces the rules of 3DSplaza.
If you swear in the chat, a chatroom moderator will ban you. If you spam the forums, a forum moderator will lock or delete your spam threads.
And no, you cannot ask to be a moderator, and chances are you will never be one.
Only highly qualified users are chosen to be moderators.
