Ladies and gentlemen of 3DS Plaza I'm here to spread the word about a very important issue and that is
Net Neutrality what is it you ask?

Net Neutrality is the principle that Internet service providers must treat all data the same and not discriminate or charge, differently by user, content, website, platform or application.

Basically it means they treat all data the same regardless of the person, the content they access, and that they can't be blocked or censored however something horrible has happened today.

Ajit Pai and the FCC voted and in a 3-2 vote Net Neutrality was repealed and this means your ISP those who provide your internet, can block websites, charge extra to access certain sites, can slow certain sites that don't fit their agenda or views to a crawl, and they can censor you in whatever you post and that my friends is just the tip of the iceberg!

Ajit Pai and the others may say they're making your internet "More Free" that he's encouraging competition but he's actually enouraging less free internet and monopoly, don't fall victim to their lies.

Because I know he's not likely to rest until he gets what he wants...we can't let this happen, just for a moment think about how much you use the internet in your life, how much you use the internet like

YouTube,Twitter,Facebook,Tumblr,Twitch,3DS Plaza,Discord,Google,Steam,Online Play (Video games),Google Store,Windows Store,Apple Store,Pokemon GO,Anything that uses internet!

Those services work well don't they? Well if congress passes this you could not only be charged to access these sites but you can have them slowed to a crawl some of the content can be removed and you have to pay for a miserable service like this! They expect you to tolerate this!

Truth is people don't have a choice in what ISP they use, so you are given 2 options:

Pay Up or Abandon the Internet by dropping your ISP.

Neither method will work, if it gets to this point then we've truly lost and forever future generations won't ever get the satisfaction of knowing what a free and open internet is like besides even if you drop your ISPs thousands will continue paying so as long as they earn a profit, they don't need your service.

Now imagine that, a world in which you are forced to give up websites you use almost every day! If you decide to pay the extra fees they still give you bad service, and even then they can make packages you want to get on youtube well that's $10 for the "Entertainment Package!" how about Facebook? Twitter? 3DSPlaza? Discord?  just $15 a month for the "Social Media Package!"

But ! This must be passed through congress first before your ISP can do anything to you!

This is where we must step in and take action if not we may loose our free, open internet forever,so I encourage you if you're reading this to contact your congressmen and tell him your stance on net neutrality. If you can't do that then please spread the word! Share this to other websites while we still have them!

Anything you can do to raise awareness, DO IT we're closer than ever to losing our freedom, and voice.

We are the people,we have a voice and we must make it heard in anyway we can! Let everyone know this we must band together to protect the internet we love!

Why I am against Net Neutrality repeal
My childhood was not a kind one when I was little I was jumping around foster homes as I was taken away from my mom and dad, somewhere along the line I ended up with abusive step parents I remember some of what happened, she banged my head across the counter, sent me to bed with no food most nights, she even attempted to drown me but she wouldn't let me see the light, I was hurt by these people badly.

One night however I escaped and made my way back to the CPS where I asked to be sent elsewhere I fought to get there I wanted a loving family, not those hateful degenerates...soon enough I got what I wanted.

It took some time to get there and I had been exposed to stuff I probably should not have been I finally thought I could live a normal life but the kids in that trailer park weren't that nice, heck I only had 1 person I saw as a real friend and maybe its possible she wasn't even really that.

Don't get me wrong I loved my new family and I'd get to stay with them for as long as they lived.

It was at this time I had began to feel alone, and unaccepted, one day I was being basically babysat by neighbors and they asked me.

"Want to play some gamecube?"

That day I became hooked on gaming and I think I now know why it made me feel like I mattered which I didn't feel at the time so I became hooked and soon enough I was a gamer.

I wanted to make a career out of playing games yet at the time that was not a viable option so I had to think about my career...

On one faithful night I finally knew what I wanted to be when a question crossed my mind

"What does it take to make a video game?" From then on I knew I wanted to be a game designer!

Fast forward a few years I'd then move out of the old house to a new one and things began looking up for me, I no longer had a bully to worry about, no abusive step mother

I thought I could move on I made many failed project in my transition from gamer to game developer, such as Sonic 3 Aftermath, Sonic Chrono Adventure Aftermath,Sonic 1 IOS Demake,Sonic 2 Remastered.

I failed on all of them but after I left the 8th grade I had inspiration to tell an immersive story that anyone could get invested in so I took my youtube avatar and redesigned him 12 times over the course of 4 YEARS! and I actually lost design 8 but I remade it because I was determined to my game a reality!

I had a feeling this would be the one, of course I've learned alot about game design since then but still this game matters to me, I put alot of blood, sweat, and tears into it to make it a good game. I've recently started building it...

It may not look like much now but I've been working on making the core gameplay work first, then expanding upon it once the time is right I made this project more for you guys than myself...

Aside from the game however I've meet a group of people who accepted me for being me and I can't be thankful enough for that it was all thanks to the internet being free and open I was able to experience so many nice people like this, my fear is that net neutrality's repeal might have a negative impact on people's lives as a whole.

They won't get to feel like they're part of a group, instead they feel alone, and if they're poor they can't do anything to remedy the issue.

With the 4 years of work I put into my passion project, and my fear of people being disconnected in a time where we're more divided than ever! It's no wonder why I despise the idea of repealing net neutrality! It's nessisary and it affects everyone, thank you for hearing me out...

Apparently there was a petition where we could all stop ajit pai from making net neutrality. But even when over a million people signed that petiton, Ajit Pai has laughed it off. He as well read "Mean Twitter Tweets" about himself and does not seem to care one bit.
When he does get it going we will sure lose faith of America's society and what we thrive in. We have have adapted to the things known as technology that help us do things humanity would never achieve to do without the smarts of human beings.
We have been attached to technology way too much. Now that Ajit Pai is coming around, we all are freaking out. So yes we must get him out of this otherwise the next generation will never know how it feels to use technology on a daily basis. We talk about it, yet we do not even do a single thing about it but post videos and rant about it. All we can do now is hope that we can survive this crisis. ~Swappy the SWAPNOTE~

Congress would not pass something like that. The government would get overthrown. Riots. People would get really stupid if something like this were to happen. Even if it did though, there's some really good people that would come out with a way to bypass it. But like I said, this simply would not happen.
