Chloe here, and I've decided to post a few things you probably didn't know you could design. Some are actually really silly, and useless but some are cool.

#container
This appears on the pc version of profiles. It's the space in between the navblock and where content/where your inner profile begins. You can put backgrounds there, or whatever else you can think of.

.loginbar_wrapper
This again, is for the pc version. It's sort of the background for the loginbar ( Username (Log out)
Personal messages (0) | Profile
Friends | Games & Apps ).

div.no_comments
This is what appears when you have no comments.. it's always there for me. </3

span
This is the text that's normally blue, even when you put color codes. Such as, "About me:" or the friend code thing. You put a background behind it or change it's color.

a[href='send_pm.php?to=Your Username']
If you put :before after that you can add text or, without the :before you can just add a background.

a[href*='view_profile.php?user=Any Username']
This is people's username's in comments and friends list. It also shows, on their device their 'Log out' and 'Profile'. You can use :before/:after to put a sweet little message, or just personalize it for your friends.

A few tips:
What I'm posting here, are selectors. They are what you put backgrounds behind/write text on/replace with images or text. There is a nice list of them here.

Your profile really needs work TBH....

Also, you can style every part of your profile. I'm not exactly sure what you meant by that first bit.
