I'm still finding my footing with the cast and want to see if anyone else has any insight on some set-ups or combos they have found.

M.Bison - I find it hard to make strings or links with charge characters in fighting games but in SF5 M.bison is pretty straight forward,(though Big Band from Skullgirls can't be topped) I noticed his mP and c.mP can link into each other,(but not vice versa) which can lead into any special you want which can lead into Psycho Power if you so please. Some examples.

j.HK>s.HP>H.Scissors>V-state>c.MP>EX.Scissors

s.MP>c.MP>m.Scissors

s.HK>c.MP>m.Scissors/ l/m ball / l/m flame

l.k>l.k>lp.ball

j.HP>s.HP>h.scissors>v-state>c.MP>l/m flame>Critical art (Ultimate Psycho Crusher)

Birdie: Birdie is the other character I have been using and it's very easy to get hard damage but very hard to get in safe or deal with fireball spam.

Some stuff I learned.

j.HK(hold)>c.MP> (release HK)>V-state>Critical art (Skip to my chain)

s.LK>s.LP>l.bull head

c.HP>h.hanging chain> (V-skill)

After l.hanging chain Birdie can put down a banana with back and v-trigger to make an awkward situation for the opponent forcing them to either block or make a risky escape. If they choose to block and you break their guard the banana offers a free follow up of whatever you want and if they choose to possibly wake up shoryuken you can read that and punish accordingly.

Anyone else find anything interesting?

Always apply pressure with Birdie. As soon as you get a combo or throw finished forward dash towards them as much as possible.

You seem to know the basics with Bison.

It's all bout playin footsies man.

people actually playing V?
I expected more people to continue playing IV thanks to the game being.. well, the game.

What's wrong with the game?

Well, for one thing, it looks like it was developed for the Wii...

For another, it's a Street Fighter game for console, rather than arcade...

...do I really need to go on?

Game seems fine to me. Also on the arcade point, arcade releases of street fighter are primarily popular in japan but japan arcades aren't what they used to be and don't make as much of a scene as they used to. In short it's easier and more efficient to make it strictly a "stream lined" street fighter.
Probably sleeping, probably eating.
