I want an Arcanine, but I don't want my Growlithe to evolve, and I have no Fire Stone. What do I do?

Reference: I play PokÃ©mon White Version 2.

You catch another Growlithe, and look up on Serebii where to find fire stones.

Violets are Blue, Roses are Red, Living like this, we were already dead.
