Hykem has recently extracted the rest of the keys for the Wii U, and released mostly finished keys on his twitter page: https://twitter.com/hykemthedemon/status/688911255889915905

The keys have since been bruteforced, and that means we now have almost Full Access to any File the Wii U throws at us (Except Boot1, that's the last key that hasn't been discovered). He has also extended the IOSU exploit deadline to somewhere in February.

I'd probably hack my Wii U, but my firmware is probably too high. I should disable updates one of these days so I can hack it once the NX is out.

There's a writeup on an exploit to be able to get the boot1 key and dump everything at https://hexkyz.blogspot.com/2018/01/anatomy-of-wii-u-end.html but it's not complete and can't be followed without your own boot0 dump but like

who gives a all the good Wii U games are on switch or will be released soon

except for Xenoblade X Nintendo please I want to enjoy that game on a better platform
