Recently, the title Devil's Third was released for the Wii U with a fairly poor reception from reviewers. However, that's not the topic at hand because the game is facing another problem. When Devil's Third was released, the only places that seemed to be getting copies were GameStop, Best Buy, and Amazon, with the latter two already selling out of the game just days after the release.

GameStop still (as of writing this post) has Devil's Third available for purchase online. The thing is according to the article, GameStop told Destructoid that there is only about 420 copies of the game available to sell from their website. This excludes the in-store stock, which seems to be more than onlime, but probably not a lot more according to the experiences from others. Many people have reported that their local GameStops only got one copy or a couple of copies of the game mainly for preorders in-store, while others never got any shipments in at all.

If you're really looking to get this game in disc form, now is the time to check your local retailers and see if the game is available before the title becomes really difficult to find and worth way over the regular price on sites like eBay. If not, then I hope you have a hefty wallet to pay for the game.

I know there was a couple users here looking forward to this game, so maybe there's some thoughts on this. Are you getting Devil's Third, and if so, do you think you'll have trouble getting your hands on a retail copy? It may be available digitally, but I know some people are collectors of physical versions of certain game titles or may not have enough space on their system memory.
You won't see me here, but you might find me if you look in the right places.

NOA screwing over its customers? What else is new?
On a side note, I'm getting it soon, and plan to review it as soon as I can.

Obviously, with this being understocked after a huge unexplained delay, and the new Animal Crossing Wii U, and Mother 3 still not having an official release, and the digital-only release of the new Fatal Frame, and the shameless censorship of the aforementioned and Xenoblade Chronicles X (a game that actually could have saved the Wii U in 2015)... Not only do I argue that NOA could be better-run by a bickering monkey and a goldfish, but I'd also argue that out of NOJ, NOE and NOA, NOA has shown itself to be the worst branch of the three, by far. I'd hardly trust their taste on what is or is not a great game.
