There's this kid he's my dad's friends kid and for the last two summers (not this one) my mom had to watch him and he is very rude towards me him and my brother will be really rude and exclude me from everything and not get in trouble for it but when I act mean back I get in trouble now my mom has had talks with them about being nice but a soon as she's not looking their being mean again I have anger issues so I might yell scream or hit them out of spite and then I get in trouble because my mom said I just could have gotten her and she would have felt with it but what she doesn't understand is that don't ing work but she thinks it does she think they're mean to me cause I mean to then when it's the other way around can some one please tell me what to do

I have but she doesn't get it cause they don't act like that around her the other day we had a BBQ and they came over and within 10 minutes if them being there the we're acting rude i don't get it they didn't spend the whole summer over here this time why couldn't they be nice for one day I just don't get it

I usually give people on this forum the benefit of the doubt but you might be doing something to make them pick on you, even if you don't realize it. It just seems very unlikely he's mean to you for no reason. Still, I don't know the situation and you might be the victim here, but I don't know.

If there's nobody willing to help you, I'm not sure what kind of advice I can give. Is there any way you can avoid him?

AntiChrist I can only avoid him during school because then he's in Missouri with his mom but during summer he comes here to Wyoming with his dad and when they're at my house I've tried hiding in my room till they left but my mom will make me go outside and I'll tell her I don't want to be out there with them and she'll just say I'm over reacting and make me go out side

Then she must not understand the situation from your perspective. Sadly, she probably won't take you seriously any time soon. It may be tough, but those who are longsuffering and keep a level head while enduring things like this is what makes them better people. Eventually, you won't have this problem anymore, but for now, you'll just have to stay strong and motivated.

Everyone can't avoid dealing with people like the one who antagonises you throughout their lives, and being able to handle it is a skill that you will one day need for the long run. It will be useful to everyone who can keep their cool in situations like the one you are in. Remember that it is really easy to make your situation worse by losing your temper or attempting revenge. I'm most certainly not telling you to be a pushover though.
