Ask someone who doesn't spend 3DSPoints to give all their points to you.

If you're talking about the 3DSPoints on here, you can get them by chatting in the chatrooms, and posting in the forums.

If you're actually talking about about DSi Points, I'm almost certain there's no way to get them unless you purchase them with a credit card or somehow find an old DSiPoints card, and I'm 98% sure you won't get them anywhere on this site.
