For those who know about Devils Third, the upcoming hack-and-slash/shooter hybrid from Tomonobu Itagaki (of Dead Or Alive and Ninja Gaiden fame), the Wii U exclusive is coming out in August for Japan and Europe, while the North American release has been shrouded in mystery. Luckily, a press release from developer Valhalla Games released today, and it's a bit of a mixed bag.

The basic information is that the game will be published by Nintendo in North America, contrary to previous rumours, but at a later time--specifically, Q4 (Winter) 2015, likely in time for the holidays. Also, an online-only PC version will release September.

Devils Third will be Itagakis first game since leaving Team Ninja in 2008. Is anyone else here looking forward to it?
