Create a cipher (using base2 - base64) which, when deciphered correctly, reveals a subject for the next cipher to be based on. Please show the order in which you encrypted your message in the format: 16, 8, 2, 64, 32 etc., 2 being binary, 8 being octal, etc.. This site may help: paulschou.com.
Basically, use the order, but in reverse, and use the "decode" buttons until English appears.
