There's the forums and there's the chats. I have dual-citizenship, but for the most part I'm seen as a foreigner in the chatrooms.
I'm the forums, wer're America, and the chatrooms are a socialist country. Just because we don't like the way they run things, it doesn't mean they should change. Whenever I come across an unjust law, I let them have it. I do not oppose the enforcers excessively, I only let them know I'll let them take care of their half of the website and I'll take care of my half of the website as well. I'm telling you this, Nuts, because if you're talking about rules I can only assume you're talking about chatroom rules, which are the only rules on this website.

Many of you people, even moderators yourself, have been criticising the moderators. Why is that? I don't know, but I'm gonna fix this. This will all apply under one condition: DO NOT CRITICISE, BASH, OR DO ANYTHING TO DISRESPECT A MODERATOR IN PUBLIC. I do not like that type of drama. Just don't try to diss any moderators.
Now, here's a new way I'm gonna manage this community. First off, introducing NargaStrikes. NargaStrikes is an account that will recieve the moderator reports and distribute them to that moderator if they are true. What is true? Well, since you don't like my "Mr. Nice Guy" of community managing, here is what I will judge demotion or not by (new ones are displayed with !)
-Do not break any rules or get banned on any part of the Plaza
-Do not harass in PMs.
-Be respectful at all times
-! Do not call any user a noob, faggot, etc. or anything that might hurt or offend someone, unless it's an OBVIOUS joke.
-! Do not make a user uncomfortable. If they tell you to stop, then stop.[b]
-! [b]This rule will be applied a bit more lightly than the others, but do not overdose in swearing.
Reporting to NargaStrike is easy. All you have to do is type out a simple report of what the moderator done. However, because there's no screenshots, it will take a number of popular vote for the Nargacuga to strike. If you do have a screenshot, then a strike will be sent to the moderator immediately. Of course, 3 strikes per year, but this time because of the big change, all previous strikes are removed and the strike reset date is set to February 7th. Most of you didn't follow what I said in the "Present your Valid Evidence!" thread, so you broke the rule that I didn't want you to. Make sure you PM your reports to NargaStrikes, do not share them and DO NOT OPENLY DISRESPECT MODERATORS
However, my (Nargacuga) real life is quite busy, but who says I'm the only Nargacuga? There may or may not be other users controlling the NargaStrike account and organizing the reports. My IP will be displayed on the account, but if there is any other Nargacugas using it, they will use a proxy. They will not expose there identity as a Nargacuga.
Sorry for the unorganized format, I'm a bit tired and my brain is wondering on other things, so I'll post a quick FaQ.
Q: If we bash, criticise or disrespect any moderator(s) publicly, will we get warned or banned?
A: No, if you want me to give the community what they want, follow that rule. If more of the community doesn't do this, then this will not apply.
Q: Should NargaStrike reply to my messages?
A: No, Nargacuga(s) just recieve what you sent. They may reply if it's for a valid reason.
Q: So, NargaStrike is a bot?
A: No, he is just a regular account managed by me (and maybe other users, I can't say).
Q: How come you won't say if NargaStrike is being managed by other users?
A: Because, sometimes Nargacugas are sneaky, sometimes they're in plain sight like me.
Q: I don't like this moderator, he/she is like annoying me and all, and it's not breaking any of the moderator rules. What do I do?
A: NargaStrike is also a complaint box, send your complaints, I/we will read your complaint and leave it. If there's a lot of complaints on one single moderator, then I/we will consider stuff.
Q: This moderator was so nice. He/she was gentle and handled the situation(s) very well. Can I hit up NargaStrike a PM complimenting the moderator?
A: Yes, I'd/we'd love to hear from you. If I/we get multiple compliments on the same traits of certain moderators, that will help us choose moderators the community wants.
Q: Can I suggest moderators in NargaStrikes?
A: I/We haven't really considered this much, but we'll update it once I've/we've made our decisions.
Q: Will this be updated?
A: Totally.

A: It depends on how you define it. If problems are like moderator stuff, then no. It only recieves your complaints and reports, and sends them to the moderator. Remember, 3 strikes then that moderator is demoted.

A: No, complaints are your own personal opinion, but if the same thing is said in other complaints, then there's something wrong. You do not need to send screenshots for misbehavior, either, but you could to give that moderator an immediate strike.
