"To the love of mine", is so common it's become almost a cliché
But who the hell cares, feelings are feelings, is what you'd say.

So this is a corny poem I wrote about you and I
Where I say things like; I'll love you forever till the day that I die

Our love is real, it's something rarely found
Like a roller coaster, you make my heart pound

I remember when we first met, all we did was stare
And I remember our first date, everything about it especially your strawberry scented hair.

"Sometimes I don't think you know how much you mean to me",
is one of the many thoughts I think about while I watch you sleep

When you awake, you light up my day regardless of whether the sun is up or not
and unlike this poem, my love for you will never stop.

I cannot teach Poetry through text or chatting on the web. I have to get to know someone personally to get to know them inside and out, read their heart and so forth.

I was referring to the fact that you said, "A poetry for lovers". The proper term would be, "A Poem for Lovers".
