So which one did yall get? Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire? my thoughts are that basically the story line is exactly the same as the original pokemon ruby and saphhire, just in 6th generation 3ds looks. I Chose Omega Ruby though. Groudon is one of my top favorites.

I have Alpha Sapphire. I turned off the EXP Share and it's still too easy. Hoping the rest of the game will be harder.

I find it hilarious that the game still has a ton of frame rate issues. It's like they literally took the X/Y engine and copy and pasted it into a new game without making any improvements. That's okay, since Pokemon fanboys will just take whatever low quality title Gamefreak throws at them

If you turn off the exp share, it's as hard as the other games. Still, it's going to be easy for those who have been playing pokemon for a while. Gamefreak isn't going to just make a really difficult pokemon game because it would be too hard for the children who play it.

The only reason it's thought to be too easy is because there is no need to grind, at all, in this game.

That's the only thing that sets it apart from other games that came before it, in terms of difficulty.

X and Y were cleary designed to be easier than the previous games. The game gives you tons of things to make you overpowered. "It's for children" is not an excuse for the lack of difficulty.

The only issue is the framerate when 3D is on, if they fixed that it would be perfect.

I was a tiny bit disappointed about the lack of trainer customisation, as it made me feel as though I was playing as someone else, and because of that I found it hard to really be concerned in the plot or any of the other characters.

What I Liked About Alpha Sapphire:
- Trainer's Eye
- DexNav: the ability to catch a Pokémon with a desired egg move, its Hidden Ability, or both
- Super Training: making EV training a whole lot easier since 2013
- The new Team Aqua
- Delta Episode
- The ability to catch many legendaries
- Soaring in the Sky: the new, better Fly
- A stronger Pokémon League

What I Disliked About It:
- No rematches with Zinnia after the Delta Episode
- No harder Trick House challenges
- No Battle Frontier (yet)
- No Challenge Mode
- The way to unlock rematches with Wally

Deoxys is worse. He has the AI of any other wild Pokemon. Zinnia actually tried to use super effective moves.
