It's called Cube Creator 3D, there's a demo for it on eshop, it looks promising at least, I'll probably get this instead of battleminer.

I play Manic Digger, a free clone of Minecraft.
I have a Server too: Nisc3d's Survivaltown.
It's the perfect alternate of Minecraft, if you can't buy it or whatever.
