I bought a sofabed(well... my parents) and it was due to be delivered today(11th december 2014) and we paid for delivery but... nothing, they are like ooh you see we cant deliver because we are too lazy... their rating worldwide is 2 stars(70% 1 star 20% 5 star 10% 2 3 4 star)...

Just sharing my thoughts
