okay, so, I have the 3D setting on my 3DS restricted by parental controls. And it's off on all programs but Smash 3DS. Any clue why?

If you restricted all game ratings and then type your passcode thingy, it will automatically make 3D enabled.

He uses parental controls to prevent the 3D slider from carrying out its function since sometimes it just slides out of place, thus enabling 3D, which Drake hates. This is common with the original 3DS.
