Well, there's a few reasons this might not be applied (my opinion):

1. The music may lag the person's computer and/or New 3DS (Japan only). This may lead to their browser(s) being unresponsive. I find GIF-stuffed profiles more soothing on my computer than any sound. Then again, Windows XP.

2. Not music at all. No one said it had to be music, so it may contain something wayyyy off topic.

3. 2014 music Music that may contain inappropriate content. Although, that's what a profile mod, it's still something to worry about.

4. Those high-pitched scream sound. No one wants to go on a profile and hear a very loud and high-pitches scream for a few minutes. Although profile mods may be able to remove it, it will affect a great majority of people.

I totally agree with this user. But no admin has time.
The music will only play when get clicked, so there is no way page is going to lag and if the file is unresponsive the file will not be played, and the remaining page will be unharmed.
It will be the viewer's choice if he wants to play the music or not and if someone posts inappropriate music the profile moderators will remove it.

Again something off-topic will either be removed or kept there, users are going to ignore it if it is something else or profile moderators will remove it if it is an inappropriate sound. But I think it should be named "sounds shared by this user".

What if only MODS have the ability to give music. Theres like a selection of music,that mods approve that is appropriate for all users. The users pick something in the selection and the mod put it. (Kinda similar to the icon shop.)
