Ok it's just like how president's get 2 terms and it's 8 years. Well i think each moderator should choose a different person to take their place not a bad person a responsible person. Each moderator will mod this plaza for 6 months. It depends. But we need to test them first see how responsible they are, how helpful they are, and how well they follow the rules. Also at least give someone a chance!

Most mods don't even last that long.

What mod has been a mod for 2+ years (without being demoted)? None, I think Lani has had the longest, continuous term.
