I agree with carlos, I would just emulate Majora's Mask (or play it on my N64 or Gamecube) instead of getting a $40 version for hardly and noticeable 3D.
Though, OoT3D's 3D was good, but eye-hurting.
Also, the moon in MM3D looks so ugly now.
