Leviathan (2014-10-16 02:30:47)The face is off center. Drives me Nutsy.

You need to work on drawing boobs. That is all.

The absence of hearing appendages totally screwed me in the mouth. Had there been an ear, I might not have though it was off center.
But it's mainly the eye.

Her head is too big, and it isn't positioned correctly on the neck.
Her torso/breasts isn't positioned right, and her tail isn't aligned. Her thumb is a bit weird.
Tank top straps shouldn't be that close to her neck.
Her face looks okay, but her eyebrows.. You should either have both show through the hair, or neither, assuming that they're both covered by hair.
The eye is too big, if her other eye wasn't covered, then there'd be no space for the both of them (if they're supposed to be equally sized, that is).
The shading is okay, I guess. Sorry if I'm being a bit harsh.
