And why rather check the last time they were on? What matters is that they're banned, so they're not able to PM, chat or forum.

( Unless you're a forum mod doing the carlos way which is editing other people's comments and inserting your username with this ":" and commenting )

What OP wants is for people to see when a user has been last online, and for us to know when a user will be unbanned.
