Ever had a scenario when you are playing the game, minding you own buisness, and then out of nowhere, Luigi flings a death stare at you?

Mario Kart 8, for some odd reson, Luigi gives racers death stares. I don't know if that was a glitch or just one of Luigi's animations. Does any other character do death stares as well, or just Luigi? I know this is quite popular on the internet,so I thought I'd go ahead and post this.

What are your thoughts on Luigi's death stares?
