First, of all it must abide by the law. No CP or anything. But yeah it's a simple forum, that has no rules, basically, just has to follow the laws.

This wouldn't work, every country has different laws, and not everyone knows them.

People here (and all over the Internet) are from different countries, so this wouldn't work. There's already a stickied suggestion like this (Trashcan Forum). This is a duplicate thread. Closed.
