This poem is for all of those; who have amazing poems to send out there, and don't get the recognition that they deserve.


In a world, where passion is class,
The poetry world is trash amass.
For this; Yeah, I think I'll pass.
Even though wonderful poets work hard each day;
the audience's attitude is still crass.

In a world, where someone has meaning,
they are often swallowed by evil of the demeaning.
Now watch the story that is slowly screening.
And while the words go astray,
Listen to what they are now deeming.

They are being swallowed by crude subjects;
whether that be pornography or sex,
the problems facing the world today,
the mind of the youth, is what it recks.

Poetry isn't about jokes and crap,
that stuff is for books and rap.

Real poetry comes from the heart,
and comes fast to you, like a dart.

It makes me so sad,
that when users post this crap,
It wins, overall.










don't be afraid to be called a dweeb. Go for what your heart has to say.
