only to fall again and again,
after hours of trying to get them to stay.
Words ignore my plea,
they die off,

a large burst of confidence,
is always right there behind me,
its always teasing me with things I'll never be,
Even though I want to be more,
I could never just ask
for some help.

I'd rather not stay,
but maybe breeze by,
and then leave you without me.
Because if I stay you'll
only hurt more.
It would be
