Moved from 3DS General to Help forum. (seriously?)


3DS Points can be obtained in any one of three ways:
1.) Posting in the forums- You're already making points just by creating this thread and commenting in ther threads.

2.) Using the chats- You can gain points just by being in a chatroom, so have fun with that.

3. Transfers- This last option is more for giving than receiving, but bear in mind that it does work both ways. In case there is a special friend that you would like to give a gift to, 3DSPoints are horrible for the occasion. If this doesn't discourage you, go right ahead. Transfer 3DSPoints and see if they're appreaciated.

In addition, I think it's worth mentioning that upon creating an account, you are awarded 50 points. These are just "Fo sho", so to speak, so they cannot go anywhere. This is something you must remember if you plan to transfer points in the future. You cannot have less than 50 points in your account.

Lastly, if you have any more questions, just read through the threads at the top of this page. You'll likely find an answer there, and if not, just make a thread with your question.
