Well you are probably using the same color in half of your username.

Example: "/cspl conf Qwer=ff0000 ty=ff3333"
Sometimes that doesn't work (Mostly long usernames(7-16)
It might work like
Example: "/cspl conf Q=0000ff w=3333ff e=6666ff r=9999ff t=ccccff y=ffffff"
