Road now forged in tears
I walk alone.
Trying to face my fears,
Hearing the bell's tone.
Deep and grounded,
But beautifully light,
It almost sounded
Like some late nights.

I'm almost there now,
I can see your face.
But there's a block I've found
In this race.
My old mind
Won't let me leave.
I can't die,
Can't find reprieve.

I'm sorry that I hurt you,
I thought it was funny.
It's what I had to do...

But I'm seeing you in Heaven, honey.
