I mean, if it were to come to that, there has to be a way to enforce the rules on these people that don't have an account.

If they abuse any of the rules 3 times, they are banned, permanantly. IP Address can be tracked, if the guest decides to create a registered account right after the ban (Maybe a week or so after is alright) they will get banned too.

If you're banned as guest then your IP is banned. (or how ever it would work, if you're bad enough to get banned as guest, then why would you deserve a real account?)
Profile can't be customized.
User can only do one/two functions. ex;chat,comment/chat,pm

Also I'm not so sure about the time limit. +0.7

I'm not saying his posts aren't as bad as Meowflash's, but apparently Meowflash has been here since the beginning of 2013. Or maybe I misunderstood what you meant. Anyways I'd say 3-4 hours.

I think guest users should exist in 3DSPlaza. The reason why I think this should be implemented is because many (And I mean many) people who create accounts only use their account once and never bother to login again. At least for guest users, you don't have an existing account and you have a choice to actually join or not. Guests won't have all privileges of an Registered User, but they still have the abilty to chat and post on forums.
Guest User Compatibilities
Here is a quick list I think might be appropriate for guest users:
~ - Guests do not have profiles, because there would be no point of introducing guests
~ - Guests have a time limit of online time, maybe 3-4 hours a week.
~ - Guest Chat colors may only be Red, Blue and Yellow
~ - Guests cannot gain 3DSPoints (I mean, who cares about these anyways?)
~ - In a Guest's Chat screen, they have the ability to make a temporary username. Beside their username in the Online list will be a pink square.
~ - Guests must abide to the rules as any other user would, mods can track down IPs. If they see a Registered account with the same IP Address, they will ban them too.
So that's what I think. To me, I think it's a somewhat reasonable thread to be honest, but that is my opinion. Tell me what you think about this suggestion.
