Although this isn't a bad idea, it just won't happen. Here's why:

From what I've gathered from the people I've spoken to, the situation, as it currently stands, is not how I perceive you're imagining it. 3DSPlaza is not currently "hiring" people, therefore there is no need to interview people for a spot on the staff since there are no spots available at the moment. There's another thing that's bugging me, though. Suppose I have posted inappropriate language before. If I use this "app" the swearing will turn up when I'm "scanned" and I will not be allowed to use the app again for a 2 days. So what happens after the 2 days? Will I be scanned again when I try to land an interview? If so, would I ever be able to use the app without being scanned and banned from operating the application? These questions are trivial, but I just needed you to know that I read your post in its entirety and that its flaws did not elude me.

Lastly, I like how you took an idea that was recently suggested and built on it, making it your own.

Also, when a user suggests things like these, it's a scheme. They try to take a chance and hope that this idea would happen.

In darkman's very similar idea, he tried to suggest that moderators should mod a person if they "help" them. The problem with his scheme is the fact that he's rarely active, so...

In this scheme you decided to attempt, you tried to suggest becoming a mod because of how long and how good you've been here. You tried to get through this scheme because you've been here over a year and you were most likely good. The problem with your scheme is the fact that you're also rarely active, as the same with darkman's attempt.

Therefore, no.
