I'd recommend Tales of the Abyss, Bravely Default, Fire Emblem: Awakening, and Cave Story.

Resident Evil: Revelations is a top pick for the 3DS, Kid Icarus Uprising, Shantae: Riskys Revenge, Dead Or Alive Dimensions if you want a quality fighting game til Smash Bros comes out... Those are literally the only games I can seriously recommend that you don't have, at this point. The new Steel Diver game is free, though, and it's pretty fun.

Also, in regards to Colours! 3D, you don't necessarily need to be good at drawing to be good with Colours! For whatever reason, a stylus and touchscreen feel completely different from pen and paper to me, meaning my drawing style and painting style are almost completely different. You may want to look into that.

Now that Renegade Kid announced the release date for Moon Chronicles, (May 15th) you should give it a try, looks very promising.

Moon Chronicles is a remake of Moon on DS. It's a FPS/Adventure game where you investigate at the moon. Clearly looks better than Call of Duty.

Plus, it will get DLC that adds more episodes to play further.
