Now, I'm a big fan of the Pokemon series, I've played Yellow, Emerald, FireRed, Diamond, Platinum, White, Black 2, you name it. I've even played some of the really obscure ones.

Thanks, PETA

So naturally, people ask me what Pokemon is all the time, so I reply by singing this, and if they haven't already walked away out of boredom, or because they are creeped out, they normally ask me "So what's it about?" And I reply by showing them this:

KFC now stands for "Kung-Fu Chickens"

But most of the time they want a more detailed explanation on the newest game and what I think of it, so, let's go!

Pokemon X is just like any other Pokemon game in the series, it pumps a bunch of brand new monsters into your game, and don't get me wrong, some are cool like this guy:

You know the picture of chickens earlier? Well this is that, but on steroids.

But then you do get the Pokemon that look like this:

Now THIS is a dragon type.

So you start off the game, same old stuff, but now you have a choice of Fennekin, Froakie or Chespin, and of course, being the pyromaniac I am, I chose Fennekin.

That was a mistake.

It looks like a furry in a bathrobe.

So you play through the game as normal, recieve a Kanto starter (Of course I chose Charmander) and blast your way through the gyms and Elite 4. But there are some new features, like Mega Evolution in which you turn your cool Pokemon, into a God.

Sadly, this isn't one, but what if?

Other new features I haven't mentioned are Super Training, where you can beef up your Pokemon stats and Poke-Amie where you can touch and play with your Pokemon but- WOAH there friend, don't think of it like that!

So yeah, that is basically Pokemon in a nutshell, join me next time for another review, and see you soon!

This wasn't really a review.

"It looks like a furry in a bathrobe."

That's why I wish I'd chosen Greninja, although it's useless without Protean.

Your "review" does need a little bit more of your opinion. Otherwise, it's not really a review. You've got to rate different aspects of the game and say what you like and what you didn't like so we can all agree with you.

I guess it was pretty much only an explanation then.

@Carlos Greninja isn't useless without Protean.

@Mega Umm, it's actually the weakest. It has 5 weaknesses it cannot cover very well. It's HA doesn't do much, either.

Bean- Compared to protean Greninja, regular Greninja is crap.
Unless it has kick-up-mat. That damn move defecates all over my triple battle strategy.
