Changing firmware

The fourm is about downloading firmware on the 3ds, so gamers can play free games. No firmware creaters allowed. Download links are ok if have no viruses (inculding but not limited too Unwanted programs, unnesacrary add ons, and junk files).
Note: please tell what opperating system ( mac, windows) it supports.
Tell how to download on 3ds as well.

This is both illegal, and in the incprrect forum. I believe this should be on a different website, but that's just my opinion.

I should probably write a new story... but will I finish it?
