You can already view the site as a guest, but posting as a guest would be hell because they can do bad things and get away with it.

EDIT: Lindsay, you can IP ban with this code.

I don't see a point in guest posting. Mainly because it can be used for spam and cursing. Plus, IP bans don't exist here. A user can always look around the place without being logged in.
