Twice a user was banned for a reason the mods didn't know by a user the mods didn't knownd didn't know. My sugestion is that there would be a comment explaining why the user was banned nd who banned he user, the explanation would have to be self made. Also, there should be a ban log that shows the date, time and length of the ban.

Twice a user was banned for a reason they didn't know, and the mods themselves did not know who issued the bans in the first place. Thus, proposing that the mods in question have to comment somewhere as to why they issued a ban.

This is what I would add to the post:
-Instead of only commenting to the user, the comment needs to be stored somewhere as a piece of information as a ban record.

-The ban record should include the date and time and length of the ban, but most importantly, the one who banned them.
