First off, wrong section of the forums.

Secondly, I assume you're referring to an icon you got from the Christmas event....Unfortunately, Plaza crashed awhile ago and lost some data. Username icons (Except for moderator icons), cSplit, and a few commands and features no longer work; but they're working on fixing it. I wouldn't expect getting your icon back, though :T
