Certain pokemon won't go through transporter?

Why is this? obviously some hacked ones won't, but I have 2 gothitas that I bred myself that won't transfer as well as a legit dialga, regice, regirock, etc.

Pokemon Bank does not allow hacked Pokemon or hacked Pokemon that were traded.
