"General Lounge" forum

General Lounge as new forum is my suggestion.
A general lounge is a forum for all kinds of blah-blah, like talking about muffins, or kittens, or the chair you're sitting on.

I'd like a General Lounge so there the nonsense of miscellaneous goes to, and the miscellaneous forum could be used properly and have threads you can discuss about
