Anyways, try and use different prefixes on the codes. -webkit- shows on 3DS.

Or you can view the newest profile I've designed, Legolas. I was really excited to use it on that profile as well.
The code is:

no-repeat center center fixed !important; background-size:cover !important;}
Please note that given the general size the picture will be increased too, it only works well with HD images.
