Remove Whispers In The RolePlay Chat

People are using the Whispers to chat in the RolePlayer room their still chatting in the wrong Room hardly anyone notices except for when one of the bots react their just basically, Bypassing the mods that do moderate the RP room. Most people use the Whispers to Cyber so the mods can't see it. It'd be best to remove Whispers completely but that'd cause havoc because the ~~noobs~~ other users would spaz out and riot but just taking it out the RP room might push some of the users whom spam the RP room to the other rooms to chat.

Cyber could be allowed in wisper.

And yes, you can wisper chat in the RP room. Amd maybe they were wisper RPing which is legal.
