There should be a report feature on everyones profile. It should be able to seen easily.

Sometimes users try to hide there evil acts by avoiding the chat and forum filters. Usally when this happens the user gets punished after a long time or never. Here are some details:

(Note: The bullets in red should be required)

What should this feature include:
-Text box to type in report
-a text box to type how it made the user feel
-anther text box below to type in username of who to report
-gets sent to admins/mods
-a new type of mod should be made for this (example: Reports Mod)
-a new app for this

In my opinion, 3dsPlaza needs this and it will make it a better place.
