It should simply be the "Story Forum." Why? I'll tell you why:

1. To many people get confused when a normal non-horror story appears in the forum, and a lot of really good threads get closed because of this.

2. Most people don't read the stuff in there, mainly because they fear CreepyPastas. This irritates me, because I can't convince my friends to read my non-horror stories.

3. This would (hopefully) cut back on all the lame "Horror" stories. Such as Jeff or Herobrine. Or some crappily made seven-year-old fanfiction.

EDIT:

As Vexation stated, CP also means Child Porn. So, yeah.
