Whyyyyyyyyyy

Okay, so anyone who has a group or list of people in a group or something should HATE these name changes. Some people change their name constantly (jason2k12), and it getting REALLY annoying trying to keep up.

So, to stop this chaos, I made a list of possible things to do:
1. No more name changes AT ALL.
2. Limit name changes for every user.
3. -High- 3DSPoint charge. I'm talking 5,000 and above, and every time a user changes their anme, multiply their current charge by 2.
4. Changing name takes .50% away from rep
