Hi there /. I had the same problem you had. Im not sure it will help for u but it did for me! Ok first you go on the little link that looks like a house,then click on settings.Scroll down to 'Delete Cookies' & click it then press 'Yes' then you log in your account,hopefully it will work. Go with fireboy's idea, i had a dsi as well, and the same error acoured, and i did the exact same thing and it worked, and try deleating your history and cache as well.
