The first idea is okay, but the second one is a bit different. You see, everyone has interpretations and misinterpretations and that could cause a lot of problems like that.

But really, the second someone sees that their inappropriate name is bad, they'll just add another letter in it to bypass through.

The second one is a bad idea. People could simply claim that their alt is their sibling.

The first one... I think someone's working on that, or at least, started to.
