I like this idea! However I think it would be better for it to just be a "Call moderator button" for whenever anyone breaks any rule. It would be a lot easier instead of jumping between chatroons to tell mods, especially on a 3DS/DSi.

This would only work if moderators and administrators were the only ones that could view it. eg:

Somebody is cybering, so you hit the "Panic" button and it alerts all chats.

What's the first thing everybody is gonna do?

It's good, just needs to be a bit more detailed. It seems Me13 shoots you don for not being specific about what it does. .3.

1. You see someone breaking the rules. For example, cybering, or spamming.
2. You press the "Panic" button.
3. A message appears to all moderators in all chatrooms that says: "*user who paniced* is requesting a moderator to go to *chatroom the user paniced in*!"
