First off, most of these are going to be suggestions for new forums. So, basicially, my first one will be a navigation bar at the top, maybe in a spoiler. That has links in it to the main forums (e.g. It doesn't link to subforums). The links don't take you to that forum page, but it scrolls down to the forum that you clicked on. That way, even though the subforums aren't listed, you can still get to them without having to scroll down.

A new main forum for Tech stuff in general. The Programming and Web Programming forums should be a subforum to that, except for the BBC and "3DSPlaza Programming", which brings me to the next suggestion (a brief one);

The BBC and "3DSP Programming" forum should become a subforum to the "This Plaza" forum. If the tech forum thing is done, then the BBC forum should go there, because it not only saves space, but new users will find it faster, because it's closer to the top.

A few things with the Art/Design forum:
1. It's renamed "Art Forum"
2. The Creepypasta and Story forums are split, and are subforums of the new-ish Art forum
3. Another Art subforum for Photography
4. The Poetry forum is a Art subforum
5. A Music subforum
